Q. How do I retrieve my messages
Call your Voicemail number, When you hear your greeting interrupt it by pressing the star key (*) on your phone. The system will prompt you for your 4 digit security code. You will then be prompted accordingly

Q. How do I logon ?
Call your Voicemail number, When you hear your greeting interrupt it by pressing the star key (*) on your phone. The system will prompt you for your 4 digit security code. You will then get 2 options.
  • Press 7 to play your messages
  • Press 8 for user options. (Only Press 8 if you want to change your Greeting or security code.

Q. How do I change my security code (pin code)
Logon to your voicemail, the system will prompt you "Press 7 to play or 8 for user options. You will then be given the choice to change your security code by pressing 7

Q. I forgot my password ??
That's a little different. You'll have to contact us by Phone, Fax or Email

Q When I call my number, all I hear is my voicemail number in a different voice?
Your greeting may not be recorded properly or may have gotten deleted. When you call in to your voicemail, press the * during the numbers. and enter your pin code. Then press 8 for user options, then press 4 to record a greeting. Please ref to "How do I change my greeting" below.

Q How do I change my greeting?
Logon to your voicemail, the system will prompt you "Press 7 to play or 8 for user options. Press 8 for user options then you will then be given the choice to change your Greeting by pressing 4. Please Note! Do not hang up after recording your greeting, just press any key and listen.

Q. How do I forward rewind skip or delete a message?
To forward a message 3 seconds press # on your telephone keypad.
To rewind a message 3 seconds backwards press * on the keypad.
To skip and play the next message press 7.
To Delete any message press 3 during or after any message.

Q. How do I get Date, Time and Caller ID info of my messages?
During or after a message has played, press 1 on your telephone keypad.

Q. What is Toll Saver ?
This is a very unique feature. If you call your voicemail number and hear a ring (as if no one is home) this means there are no new messages for you. Just hang up within 3 rings. There will be no Toll charge for that call.

Q. When is my next payment due & what are my payment options ?
  • All payments are due on the day of signup and every 3 months from that date. No invoice will be mailed, but a reminder message will be sent to you via your voicemail or email. For our mailing address see our Contact Info & Address Page
  • We Accept payment by credit card through Paypal, a service provided by x.com on the internet. For more details about paypal goto: http://www.paypal.com or goto our Make Payment page.

Q. How do I cancel my service.
By Phone, Fax, or Email. Please read our Cancellation Policy Please Note: You must cancel service before your next due date. Service is billed in advance for 3 months. No refund will be given either in whole or part.
